Exclusively European

Who in their right mind enjoys taking their car in for repairs. Almost no one right? Well…today taught me different. There’s always an exception and that would be me having just picked up my car from Exclusively European. I got my car back. I got an education and I was treated like family even though we just met. One. Big. Whew! Thanks Dov and Paul!

The team at EE has been helping me restore needed repair work for my 2001 Audi TT Roaster for the past year and a half. The work has been well done and they are always willing to address any follow up issues or concerns. I also had my 2019 Mercedes C300 serviced and been pleased with the entire process. I recommend them for European car repairs and service. I think you’ll find them honest and dependable.

I brought my car in because the sunroof would not close properly. Blake quickly assessed the issue while I waited, and fixed it on the spot without charging me for the service. Exclusively European is trustworthy, helpful, and delivers outstanding customer service. Blake was professional and made the whole experience easy and stress-free.

I had an exceptional experience at Exclusively European Auto Mechanic here in Mount Pleasant. From the moment I arrived, Blake was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing things the right way. He took the time to explain what my car needed, offered honest recommendations, and never once tried to upsell or push unnecessary work. The quality of their service is exactly what you hope for in a specialty shop—precise, efficient, and clearly backed by deep expertise with European vehicles. My car, which needed extensive, and complicated repairs is now running amazingly smooth. The entire process felt smooth and trustworthy from start to finish. It’s rare to find a shop that combines technical skill with this level of customer care. I’ll absolutely be returning for all future service and maintenance, and I highly recommend Blake, and entire team to anyone looking for a highly skilled, dependable, top‑tier European auto mechanic in the area.

I highly recommend Exclusively European! I had previously only used the dealership to service my 7 year old BMW and was always very happy with the service. However, when I received a substantial quote for a needed repair, a friend recommended that I check this company as he knew others who used and were very happy with them. I was able to get an appointment right away and Paul Davis the GM and Dov the assistant manager and the technician who worked on my car could not have been more helpful and professional. To top it off, they are right here in Mt Pleasant, they were extremely thorough in their inspection and their price for the same work was only 2/3 of the dealership’s!
